IIAM is a non-profit organization with offices in New York and San Diego, the United States, providing research, development, consulting, and educational services to maximize the efficient use of engineering assets and physical infrastructure.
Beginning with infrastructure evaluation and sustainable civil engineering, IIAM’s focus now includes infrastructure assessment related to environmental protection, the valuation of existing assets in many disciplines and the daily operation and management of transportation agencies.
IIAM’s portfolio of projects include benchmarking the current state of infrastructure, demonstrations of new technologies, development of methodologies, and implementing new standards and practices for facility owners and operators.
PwmGroup is a new millennium member corporation based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Group is a one-stop, full-services infrastructure, utilities, building and complex asset maintenance and management firm providing services ranging from consulting, field inspection, testing and maintenance to education, training and conference management.
The group is also developing a total infrastructure asset management DSS software expected to be launched by mid 2010. It is now completing the inspection and integrity assessment of over 2,000 government assets, mainly buildings and bridges.
